What You’ll Do
This is not a “post and pray” recruiting role. As a Resource Manager, you’ll operate like a market owner building pipelines, creating demand, and becoming a known name in the Workday ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
Build a Network That Matters Develop deep, trusted relationships with Workday and ERP consultants across HCM, Financials, Integrations, and beyond.
Own the Talent Market
Proactively source, engage, and qualify top-tier consultants—not just for today’s roles, but for what’s coming next.
Drive Strategic Matching
Partner closely with sales to align the right consultant to the right opportunity—fast, accurately, and competitively.
Create Market Intelligence
Surface real-time insights on talent trends, rates, availability, and client demand that directly influence business strategy.
Operate with Precision
Run structured, high-quality intake calls, maintain clean data in Bullhorn, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Hit and Exceed Metrics
This is a performance-driven environment—expect clear KPIs around submittals, interviews, and placements.
Be a True Partner to Sales
Work side-by-side with Account Executives to win deals, close gaps, and deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
We’re targeting early-career to emerging recruiters (1–3 years experience) who want to accelerate fast.
Ideal Background
- Experience in staffing, consulting, or services environments (huge plus)
- Exposure to ERP, Workday, or technical recruiting preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
