Meet Eric, a new member to our expanding and evolving team at Foundation Mortgage. Previously a manager at a private country club, Eric is ready to tackle the mortgage industry as a loan officer. After the pandemic altered the course of hospitality commerce, he chose a new career to fulfill his declared passion for organization, management, and event production.

Born and raised in Indiana, Eric attended and graduated from Indiana University. The son of a long- time firefighter and previous real estate agent, Eric is well accustomed to a rigorous and authentic work ethic and hospitable lifestyle. A fun- loving uncle, he enjoys spoiling his nephew and spending quality time with his family. Outside of the workplace, Eric relishes in cooking and sports, including golfing and spending time on the water.  With an appreciation for Knoxville’s family friendly environment, Eric often equates it to his childhood home town in Indiana.

With an awareness for the possibility of a life changing outcome for clients, Eric is ready to assist his clients in achieving their housing and financial goals. Striving to tackle new professional challenges, Eric is ready to develop professional relationships and showcase his unique skills as a loan officer at Foundation Mortgage.
