Resource Manager - Tampa, FL or Remote Nationwide

InTegrum Resources is a leading provider of highly skilled talent to large enterprise customers in the areas of Cloud Enterprise Applications, Electronic Health Records, and other in-demand technology skill sets. We leverage a proven lead generation strategy to develop a highly educated sense-of-the-market to expand our customer base.

The Resource Manager’s prime objective is to create and manage lasting, value-centric relationships with skilled professionals in the industry we serve. The RM will, with guidance from our Management team, be taught how to identity, target, connect, and create value with consultants and professionals for deployment on our clients’ key projects. You will be taught a process of providing services that is multi-faceted and team-oriented. The RM will collaborate with our business development team to track and manage potential opportunities.

The Resource Manager will be eligible for promotion after demonstrating success in this role for at least 6 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Forming long-term resource partnerships
  • Assisting in building and developing a skills inventory through phone conversations and in-person interviews utilizing targeted prospect lists
  • Applying product and industry specific knowledge and expertise to create value for our resources (This knowledge will be gained through an in-depth training process where we ensure AMs are set up for success)
  • Identify market-based intelligence at target companies as well as existing clients
  • Participating actively in strategy meetings
  • Meeting both activity and production metrics
  • Coordinating and managing contract terms and agreements

Sourcing Specialist - Tampa, FL or Remote Nationwide

The sourcing specialist is a critical part of a team responsible for the development of the InTegrum candidate database. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate and knowledge share with the delivery, fulfillment and leadership teams at InTegrum. The key focus for a Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality additions to the qualified candidate database. You will work closely with the Fulfillment Manager to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. You will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the InTegrum brand at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sourcing, screening and engagement strategies to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with team members on weekly sourcing strategies and goals
  • Connect with passive candidates and assess them for marketability
  • Schedule intake interviews with recruiters
  • Create, update and maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system
  • Review candidate’s connections for other resources with applicable skillsets
  • Generate referrals of new candidate relationships
  • Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Expand social media footprint and engagement level from InTegrum parent account
  • Assist with Constant Contact campaigns for Qualified Associates and Managers
  • Stay current on industry happenings and best practices and disperse to internal teams
  • 1 year recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of candidate attraction and relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to execute full life-cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, Interviewing and building relationships
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with teams to deliver qualified talent
  • Ability to develop meaningful and long-term internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task to meet established performance goals
